What's new in Tendo

Improvements that shipped in Tendo, newest first. Only changes a customer can see are listed, each with the date it went live.

Changes

  1. Answers email and website chat from your help docs

Tendo answers customers by email through a forwarding address and on your website through a chat widget, only from your knowledge and with the sources it used. Each inbox drafts replies for approval or sends them automatically.

  2. Handover and a shared team inbox

Conversations Tendo can't answer go to your team with the reason and a summary. The shared inbox has assignment, internal notes and statuses, and a teammate's answer can be approved as new knowledge.

  3. Reports, export and deletion

Reports show volume, AI-resolved rate, handover rate and first response time. Owners and admins can export everything as JSON or a spreadsheet, forget one customer, or delete the workspace.
