Tendo is planned as an Intercom Fin alternative for e-commerce and SaaS support teams of 1 to 10. It isn't built yet. Fin is priced at $0.99 per outcome with a monthly minimum. Tendo will answer from your help docs and past replies, hand off with a summary, and ask you to approve what it learns.
